One-on-one training in our private gym setting allows for personal demonstration, motivation, and supervision of your exercise program. You'll be given a variety of exercises to make your program interesting and fun. Programs range from general conditioning and toning to weight loss, weight gain, post-rehabilitation, functional fitness and sport specific training.
All sessions are by appointment only: Monday thru Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
