7 Healthy Lifestyle Practices

Below is a list of practices that should be performed on a daily basis for optimal health and fitness. This list is only a guide. Your common sense and good judgment are also needed.
balanced diet Balanced Diet

Eat 3 meals and 2 snacks daily including a variety of foods: fruits, grains, vegetables, and low fat proteins. Don’t consume excessive amounts of fat, sugar, sodium, or caffeine. Take a multi-vitamin to ensure sufficient nutrition.
Water
